We want to support ideas born in Uruguay's interior that can contribute something valuable to their department. We listen, understand the local context and assess whether we can help shape a first technology step.
Independent initiative
Micelium considers proposals that aim to benefit their department and could benefit from technology support to take a first step.
We assess the context, who the initiative aims to help, what it wants to test and whether the support it needs fits what we can provide.
Receiving or assessing a proposal does not imply selection, support, funding or approval. If we see a possible fit, we discuss what kind of collaboration might make sense and under which terms.
Educational initiative in San José
Micelium worked with students from Colegio Our School to shape the proposal and prepare how to present the app.
The proposal combines electric bike rentals with a self-guided app for exploring historical, cultural and heritage sites in San José de Mayo.

We consider its potential contribution to the department and whether the technology need matches what we can support.
If we see a possible fit, we discuss a collaboration. Otherwise, receiving the message creates no commitment.
